Where will the ceremony and reception be held?
Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the Harro East Ballroom, which is located in Downtown Rochester. If driving to the wedding, you will want to enter on Liberty Pole Way, where the parking lot is located.
When should I arrive?
Our ceremony is scheduled to start promptly at 5:00 pm, so please plan to arrive and be in your seats by that time.
Guests may begin arriving as early as 4:30 pm.
Doors will be closed during the ceremony and reopen afterwards, around 5:30 pm.
Will parking be available?
Yes! The venue has a large parking lot directly adjacent to the ceremony entrance on Liberty Pole Way. For those enjoying alcoholic beverages, cars may also be left overnight at the venue, if necessary. Uber and Lyft are readily available.
May I bring a guest to the wedding?
Due to limited space and budget, we are only able to accommodate guests named on your invitation.
Are children invited?
Yes! Children are welcome. We just ask that you let us know that they will be joining and keep an eye on them throughout the night. Note: loud music will be played during the reception, so bring ear protection for kids, if needed.
What is the dress code?
We are requesting cocktail or semi-formal attire for our wedding! Please refrain from wearing whites, ivory, cream (colors typically reserved for the bride).
Do you have a registry?
We have accumulated lots of stuff over the years, so we've decided to begin saving towards our future. Therefore, we will be accepting
donations to our First Home and Honeymoon Funds in lieu of gifts. We understand this is not traditional, but at the end of the day,
it is your presence (NOT presents) that matters most to us!

What food and drinks will be served at the wedding?
Light refreshments and signature drinks will be served during cocktail hour.
While a specific menu has not yet been set, our goal is to include options that everyone can enjoy and plan to accommodate
all dietary restrictions. Please let us know ahead of time about your dietary needs. There is space for this on the RSVP form.
Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be served. There will be an open bar for a portion of the night. Coffee & tea will
also be available.
